These terms cover your use of this website and the Sortwell early-access waitlist. They do not yet cover a purchased license of the Sortwell application; a full end-user license agreement will accompany the product at launch.

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in the product. It is not an order, a payment, or a guarantee of availability, pricing, or a delivery date. Prices and features described on this site are subject to change before launch.

Selecting Free, Pro, or Max on the waitlist records product interest; it is not a purchase. Paid licenses may be limited to the number of machines stated at purchase and may require privacy-minimised online activation. Final purchase terms and the end-user licence agreement will be presented before payment.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid purchases and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, and its checkout terms. The price and entitlement shown in Paddle Checkout control the purchase. A completed transaction provisions a signed Sortwell licence for the purchased tier and the stated machine limit.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit addresses you do not control, or use the waitlist form to send unsolicited or automated traffic. We apply rate limiting and may block abusive requests.

The Sortwell name, logo, copy, and design on this site belong to us. The site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
